Randy is a California native that found his home here in Tampa, Florida 15 years ago. The son of a long-time cabinet-maker and surrounded by the several men in his family that were master craftsmen, Randy was more than excited to get his first toolbox and to get to work at the age of six. Finding anything he could get his hands on, he would take them apart just to put them back together.

A Passion for Building
Out of high school he found his passion in the field of building and construction while working for two seasoned and knowledgeable General Contractors and elite sub-contractors who graciously passed on their knowledge and skills. Although he started with working a broom, he was reading plans in no time and understanding them seem to come natural. By his mid 20’s, he was building new construction basement homes turn key in the mid-west.
After years of experience, Randy realized his true passion was in the renovation world.
With renovation, each project becomes it’s own work of art through build design.
The partnership of the client’s desires and the application methods is unique to each individual and structure.
All culminating to create a life of it’s own.
